Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Order Processing Time: 2 - 5 business days, can exceed 5  business days if there is a high volume of orders. Processing time will for all orders is 2 -5 business days regardless of the shipping option selected. 

Please keep in mind order processing time is not the same as the order shipping time. 

Order Shipping Time: Soyful and Serene Candle Company cannot guarantee shipping times once the package is picked up and scanned into the carrier's system. Tracking numbers will be provided and sent via email once your order has shipped. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will usually get shipped on Monday. Packages with heat sensitive items or are getting shipped a further distance away will also get shipped on Monday. This is done to try to prevent your package from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs and fees and shipping is automatically applied at checkout based off the rates to your location. We do not ship with signature confirmation unless otherwise requested. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping name and address provided so please be sure to double, even triple check before submitting your order. Soyful and Serene will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information, packages left, stolen, or missing. The customer will be responsible for paying the costs of re-shipping any packages returned to sender due to issues with delivery. 

Once a package is picked up and scanned into the carrier's system the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out to the carrier directly for missing or stolen packages. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We carefully package every order with transit in mind but in the event your item(s) arrive broken or in an unstable state we are happy to work with you on resolving the issue. In the event your item(s) are damaged during shipment, with photographed proof, we will replace or refund your item(s) as long as proof of damage is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Melting
Warmer temperatures, especially during the summer months, may cause the top of your candle to melt slightly while in hot boxes or delivery trucks. This is something that occurs naturally and unfortunately we are unable to control the weather. Once your candle in your home make sure to keep it upright as the wax cools down and rehardens. This will not effect the way your candle burns or smells in any way.
